However, I&#8217;m not impressed: you don&#8217;t need a Windows computer, commercial PC DVR software, commercial DVD player software or even <em>Cygwin<\/em> to make such a thing.\n<\/p>\n<p>I mean, <em>Cygwin<\/em> to run an FTP and SSH server?
