BradR (one of Sadly, No&#8217;s posters) illustrates it with the following example:\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"quote\">For instance, if you read MSM (<em>ed: mainstream media<\/em>) reports on Tibet, you&#8217;re probably under the impression that China has been brutally oppressing the Tibetan people for the last fifty-plus years.
