Yay, cold water <strong>rocks<\/strong>. Additionally, it looks like Ophelia track has changed a bit east ward. It&#8217;s not over yet, says the Hurricane center, &#8216;but it looks better than the forecast. There will be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/servlet\/ArticleNews\/story\/CTVNews\/1126958549754_190\/?hub=TopStories\">still winds and plenty of rain<\/a>&#8216;.\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, CTV had a reporter on one of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noaa.gov\/\">NOAA<\/a> planes  inspecting Ophelia&#8217;s eye. At 5pm NOAA issued an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/text\/refresh\/MIATCPAT1%2Bshtml\/071436.shtml\">updated weather warning<\/a>:\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"quote\">A TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NOVA SCOTIA EXCEPT FOR CUMBERLAND AND COLCHESTER COUNTIES.
