It brings up both good and bad memories: memories about the homecoming last year and the ones of my youth, 25-30 years ago.\n<\/p>\n<p>One thing I noticed directly: sections of the city were <em>ultimately<\/em> planned to be and look like this. If you look at the trees, the roads and the houses, <em>they<\/em> were all planned, designed and built that way in the late Sixties and early Seventies. I remember seeing photos of some of these streets where the trees were just planted. Look at them now: it is like they have been there for <em>ages<\/em>.\n<\/p>\n<p>Imagine this place being hit by a natural disaster like flooding.
