The Board says that public deserves a review of the company&#8217;s handling of the power outages but stressed that it doesn&#8217;t  imply any wrongdoings.\n<\/p>\n<p class=quote>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8220;However, a natural disaster of the magnitude of hurricane Juan can provide valuable insights into improvements which can be made to the overall restoration program in preparation for future outages.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Apparently there are still around 1,000 customers without electricity, that is, almost after <em>two weeks<\/em>.
