A yellow dressinggown, ungirdled, was sustained gently behind him by the mild morning air. He held the bowl aloft and intoned:<br \/>\n \u2014 <em>Introibo ad altare Dei<\/em>.\n<\/p>\n<p>And thus starts the legendary Ulysses, the world&#8217;s most misunderstood book. For people who still attempt to get through the book, Chris Miller has started &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmiller.com\/ulysses\/index.html\">The Ulysses Project<\/a>&#8216;. His goal is to make the book more approachable by providing illustrations per chapter. My favourite one (thus far) is the one for &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmiller.com\/ulysses\/3.html\">Proteus<\/a>&#8216;. I can&#8217;t wait for &#8216;Ithaca&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>Slightly related, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ulysses.ie\/default.asp\">the filmifactation of Ulysses<\/a> is scheduled for preview at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ulysses.ie\/newsArticle.asp?NID=233&#038;Nav=&#038;W=\">Foyle Film Festival<\/a>.
