Tim Hortons helps here: they publish the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timhortons.com\/english\/images\/rutr2002rules.pdf\">contest rules<\/a> on their homepage: Nova Scotia (Atlantic provinces)&nbsp;gets indeed less &#8216;winning cups&#8217; than the other regions (except for Quebec which has the least number of participating stores).
